EP Climbing’s process has been running successfully for over 35 years. From the very beginning of your project to the final outcome, our team of experts are with you every step of the way.
Our sales team works with you and our designers to identify the most appropriate solutions from the wide range of products we offer. Wereview programming wants/needs, space availability, risk assessment, budget guidelines and provide a consultative approach as we work through your facility offerings.
Our internal design department first produces a simple massing for approval. This is for general layout purposes and ties in to how your facility is being used, traffic flow, safety considerations and more. Once this is approved, custom climbing walls go into a much more detailed design process on what the wall will look like from a front facing and climber prospective along with aesthetic paint colors.
After an analysis and design have been approved we move into the drafting and engineering process. EP USA complies and exceeds all recommendations from our Climbing Wall Industry Standard Practices. We certify all of our projects with stamped engineered drawings in accordance with your state guidelines. These stamps are provided by a third party to ensure the highest quality is met.
Our production facility is right here under the same roof as our design, drafting and project management teams. This means the highest quality control possible, as your project manager is hands on from design to production and through the organized shipment to your site.
We take charge of all logistical aspects, from supplying parts to the full installation of your project by our local assembly team. Our project managers are in constant communication with our teams on site. Our lead installers will walk you through any questions as well while we work through the installation as well as getting sign-off approvals from you as we complete zones or do a final walk through.
As part of our ongoing improvement process, our teams can support you in inspecting, maintaining, and optimizing your facilities, and respond to changes in your requirements.
