Production Manager

Job Overview:

The Production Manager will interact with all areas of the production floor; raw materials, packaging, shipping, Quality Assurance. This position will be responsible for supervising all personnel on the production floor including safety, purchasing and shipping while hiring and overseeing training in all managed areas. He/she will be responsible for implementing safety policies and procedures, for driving continuous improvement initiatives, and for ensuring that quality is maintained to company standards. This position will manage ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software to ensure accurate transactions while leading a physical inventory every six months. He/she will be responsible to track and report KPI’s internally and externally to our parent company.

Climbing Holds Technician

Job Overview:

The Holds tech will be joining our manufacturing team here in Bend, OR. This position helps in the daily manufacturing of Polyurethane climbing holds, from: pouring, drilling, sanding, packing, molding, quality control, inventory and all other duties as assigned. Production runs Monday through Thursday 6am-4:30pm, with three-day weekends every weekend to enjoy our amazing surroundings! We have a 90-day probation policy, it is expected you meet EP’s standards by the end of this time period. If your work is not up to EP’s standards, this probation period can be extended or employment ended following our At Will Employment policy.

Production Lead

Job Overview:

Oversees safety, efficiencies and equipment used in a single production department while following all standard operating procedures and quality standards. Plans out daily workload to achieve company goals and clearly communicates direction to the team members in the department they are leading. Production lead motivates and inspires their team by creating an environment that promotes positive communication, encourages bonding of team members, and demonstrates flexibility. This position is considered a working lead, required to help in production daily with minimal supervision. Production runs Monday through Thursday from 6am-4:30pm.

Wall Sales Representative

Job Overview:

The Wall Sales Representative will work diligently to follow up on any and all viable wall sales leads, develop their own leads, and make best efforts to turn all leads into sales. They will be self – motivated, professional, and persuasive in their efforts to sell Custom Climbing Walls / Gyms and to position EP USA as the leader in the manufacture and installation of climbing walls in the United States. The company is based in Bend, OR: remote work will be considered.

Standardized Products and Accessories Sales Representative

Job Overview:

The Standardized Products and Accessories Sales Representative will work diligently to follow up on any and all viable sales leads, develop their own leads, and make best efforts to turn all leads into sales. They will be self – motivated, professional, and persuasive in their efforts to sell our climbing products and accessories and to position EP USA as the leader in the manufacture and installation of climbing walls in the United States. This position is based in Bend, OR, remote work will be considered.

Climbing Wall Drafter

Job Overview:

A Drafter in the Design Department will be responsible for design and development of 3D models using 3D CAD software (Sketchup Pro). The Drafter will work closely with Project Managers, the Production Department, and Sales teams to apply standardized development processes and ensure content meets climbing industry and company standards. Other duties as assigned.

This is a full time 40hr/wk remote position (office space in Bend available if preferred) This position is available to start immediately.
