EP Climbing has partnered up with the renowned FFME’s (French Federation of Mountaineering and Climbing) climbing hold and volumes partnership of official providers of climbing holds and volumes for 2023-2024 and has become one of the several high-quality brands that take part in this partnership. The Partnership Pool of Official Providers was first founded in 2022 by the FFME, which first comprised 6 brands who are all well-known for the quality of their products. This collaboration saw these 6 brands undertake the task of providing their services for the Opening of the French Bouldering and Difficulty Climbing Championship in 2022 and lead to them being the exclusive provider for the finals. The creation of this Partnership Pool also favoured the clubs and producers by ushering in new commercial advantages for them. This year, The FFME Partnership Pool will welcome three new brands, one of which is EP CLIMBING.
The FFME (French Federation of Mountaineering and Climbing) was founded in 1942, it ensures the promotion and development of six sporting activities in France: climbing, mountaineering, canyoning, mountain hiking, snowshoeing, ski mountaineering. It is a member of the National Olympic and French Sport Committee, of the International Federation of Sport Climbing and of the International Ski Mountaineering Federation.
The FFME has issued 103,000 annual licences this year of which more than 90% are climbers! It consists of 1,050 clubs all over France. It also issues roughly 30,000 competition licences which is a huge number.

More specifically, for EP CLIMBING, this partnership will put our climbing holds and volumes right in the spotlight which is great advertising as there is no better place to advertise than competitions at which all of the major players and athletes will be in attendance. It will also reinforce our positioning, putting us in a stronger position in the market on both a national and international level as a partner of the Federation.
Our high-quality products will be put on display during the French championship! EP CLIMBING Climbing created the first climbing holds in 1985 and revolutionised sport climbing. Since then, the sport, as well as the equipment, has continued to evolve, creating new practices, approaches and equipment. This partnership boosts the representation of the Artificial Climbing Structures and in doing so increases the visibility of us as a company and our products. This competition will boost our image during this pre-Olympic year for which EP CLIMBING is the official provider of walls for the Paris Olympics.
