EP Climbing has developed different technologies to be able to propose the best quality solutions for your climbing walls.
EP Climbing’s MozaiK Technology is a tailor-made solution created for climbing walls, that allows you to be in total control of your design according to your requirements.
The system features flat climbing wall panels and different angle options to support an infinite number of unique designs. Your wall will fit with current route setting trends and standards for competitions and federations.
Depending on your location, we can offer you dedicated outdoor structures and panels using our MozaiK XP technology, which does not require a roof for protection.
Our panels are strong, impact-resistant, and low-wear. Each panel is manufactured with the assistance of a computer to ensure that all sharp edges are perfectly aligned. All panels are fire-resistant and impact tested to exceed the current local standard.
All EP Climbing walls are supported by two frameworks that are specifically designed for your building and structure.
Our structures can be made of steel or wood depending on the configuration of the building and the environment.
EP Climbing’s panels have a unique and gentle texture that ensures an excellent level of friction, without leaving unsightly rubber marks on the climbing surface.
EP Climbing MozaiK panels are manufactured in our environmentally friendly production workshop in ACEP, Spain. In recent years, ACEP has received 2 quality certifications: ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. These are our actions to reduce the environmental impact of climbing:
