April will be a busy month for EP Climbing. Our teams will be on the ground across North America, Europe, and Asia, connecting with partners, presenting new solutions, and sharing how EP supports climbing projects at every stage of their lifecycle.
Whether you operate a climbing gym, manage a mountain resort, work in campus recreation, or develop new leisure infrastructure, these events are a great opportunity to meet the team and talk about what’s next in climbing facility design and development.
EP Climbing will be attending four major climbing industry events this April.
📍 NIRSA Annual Conference7–10 April - National Harbor, Maryland, USA
📍 CWA Summit 15–17 April - Salt Lake City, Utah, USA
📍 Mountain Planet 21–23 April - Grenoble, France
📍 Asian Climbing Summit 28–29 April - Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
7–10 April
We’re looking forward to attending the NIRSA Annual Conference, , one of the key gatherings for university and campus recreation professionals across North America.
Climbing continues to grow in university recreation centers as institutions invest in facilities that support student wellbeing, engagement, and community.
At NIRSA, our team will be sharing insights on:
Campus climbing wall design and engineering
Integrated recreation center projects
Long-term inspection and maintenance services
With decades of experience delivering projects for universities around the world, EP helps institutions create durable, compliant, and inspiring climbing environments for students and faculty.
15 –17 April
The Climbing Wall Association Summit remains one of the most important annual gatherings for the North American climbing industry, and we’re proud to participate each year alongside our EP USA team.
At the 2026 Summit, we will present several initiatives designed to support modern climbing gyms and community engagement:
The Heritage Range – a new competition hold series inspired by EP’s original shapes and updated with modern materials and textures for today’s route setting.
EP as a Lifecycle Partner – beyond building climbing walls, EP supports facilities through their entire lifespan, including design, engineering, installation, inspections, and long-term maintenance.
As climbing gyms continue to evolve into community hubs, the need for long-term strategic partners has never been greater. At EP, our goal is not only to build climbing walls but to support facilities for decades to come.
21 – 23 April
We’ll be back at Mountain Planet, one of the leading international gatherings for mountain professionals and resort operators.
This year, our focus will be on XP Boulders, EP’s outdoor climbing solution designed specifically for demanding environments.
XP Boulders provide:
Exceptional resistance to weather and outdoor conditions
A true four-season activity for mountain destinations
A way for mountain resorts to diversify activities and attract visitors year-round
As mountain resorts adapt to climate challenges and changing visitor expectations, year-round activities are becoming more important than ever.
XP Boulders create engaging climbing spaces that add value to mountain destinations while maintaining durability and a low environmental impact.
28 – 29 April
This will be our second year exhibiting at the Asian Climbing Summit, as climbing participation continues to grow rapidly across Asia.
As new gyms and climbing facilities emerge across the region, operators are looking for experienced partners who can meet international standards and deliver reliable manufacturing and long-term support.
At the event, we'll present EP's full lifecycle approach to climbing infrastructure, including:
Tailored design and engineering
Manufacturing expertise
Installation and commissioning
Ongoing service, inspection and maintenance support
Our presence at the Asian Climbing Summit reflects our commitment to supporting the continued growth of climbing communities across Asia and around the world.
Four events. Three continents. One mission: bringing climbing to everyone.
If you are attending any of these events, we'd be happy to connect.
Reach out to schedule a meeting with our team — and let’s discuss how we can support your next project.
We look forward to seeing you on the road this April.
