The North Face Climb Festival returned to Royal Victoria Dock, London, on July 17–18, 2026, bringing together climbing, community, and outdoor culture for another unforgettable weekend.
EP Climbing delivered the festival's climbing infrastructure, including its iconic 46-foot Deep Water Solo (DWS) wall and recreational bouldering area, creating a complete climbing experience for visitors of all ages and abilities.
The North Face Climb Festival has become one of Europe's most exciting urban climbing events, transforming Royal Victoria Dock, London, into a vibrant destination for climbers and outdoor enthusiasts. More than a competition, the festival brings together elite athletes, recreational climbers and the wider climbing community through competitions, workshops, talks, films, live music and hands-on climbing experiences.
For the 2026 edition, EP Climbing delivered the festival's temporary climbing infrastructure, centered around the iconic 46-foot Deep Water Solo wall, equipped with EP holds, macros, and volumes. Routes designed by Impact Route Setting challenged competitors while delivering spectacular climbing above the water throughout the weekend.
Alongside the DWS wall, EP Climbing also delivered the festival's recreational bouldering area in collaboration with Loc'n Bloc, giving visitors of all ages and abilities the opportunity to climb, discover the sport, and become part of the festival experience.
Together, these climbing experiences reflected the festival's ambition to make climbing both spectacular and accessible while transforming London's waterfront into a unique climbing destination.
Following previous editions of The North Face Climb Festival in London and San Francisco, EP Climbing was proud to once again contribute to this international climbing event.
Working alongside The North Face, Impact Route Setting, and Loc'n Bloc, EP Climbing helped deliver a complete climbing experience that combined elite competition with accessible recreational climbing.
Projects like The North Face Climb Festival demonstrate how temporary climbing structures can activate urban spaces, create memorable outdoor events, and introduce climbing to new audiences. From Deep Water Solo walls to recreational bouldering areas, EP Climbing continues to support brands, destinations, and event organizers in creating world-class climbing experiences.
