JOB OFFER - Product Manager

ENTRE-PRISES is recruiting within its international marketing department an International Product Manager for his Climbing division, integrating walls, accessories (training boards, mats…) and holds ranges.


In constant contact with the company's various subsidiaries (UK/USA/EU/ASIA), the future Product manager of ENTRE-PRISES' climbing range will be in charge of creating and implementing the short- and medium-term product strategy for the climbing segment (currently with 4 distinct products: walls, accessories, holds and services).

Under the responsibility of the marketing manager, he/she will identify the actions and tools to implement the product road maps within the different subsidiary of the company.

The management, support and continuous improvement of the product technical files will also be an important part of his/her job.


1. Activities and tasks

Market analysis

- Acquire a good understanding of the needs of customers (B to B) and users (B to C) on the market

- Analyse market trends and developments in your product category

- Create and animate a group of testers/ambassadors

- Product watch and competitor’s benchmark

- Setting up internal performance tools and compare with competitors

Product management

- Management of the complete Climbing product lines:

- Walls

- Accessories (mats, training boards…)

- Holds

- Define the Product Road Maps to be developed in relation with production and sales;

- Manage product line’s specifications (seasonality – launch timing – technical specificities…) – worldwide or specific per country

- Manage launch (internal tools + external communication) with the support of the marketing and production departments.

- Organize the timing for external launch

- Design and conduct training modules for the sales teams;

- Follow the development of products in conjunction with the Production and R&D departments

- Follow up the "product" performance

Sales Support

- Updates and monitor technical files

- Organise sales training when necessary

- Create a link between subsidiaries

CSR management

- Implication on CSR meetings (internal and external)

- Propose alternative to existing materials

2. Profile

- A minimum of two years’ experience in Product management

- At least Bachelor’s degree in the marketing/Product management/engineer sector

- Status: 35-hour CDI contract (French) / open position

- Occasional geographical mobility in France and abroad. Based between Grenoble and Chambéry - France
